Once loaded, the single trays travel along the roller conveyors, passing through two parallel-operating bobbin bagging (Bobag) machines.
After packaging, the single trays continue along the conveyor loop, completing the circuit around the production area. The loop of roller conveyors facilitates the continuous movement of trays, allowing for a steady flow of bobbins through the packaging process.
This looped system of roller conveyors and Bobag machines creates a seamless and efficient process for loading, transporting, and packaging bobbins, optimizing productivity and throughput in the production line.
Each Bobag machine is a specialized packaging system designed to efficiently package bobbins into bags.
First the Bobag is loaded with bobbins that are supplied by the single tray loop using a feeder system.
The single trays containing bobbins are conveyed through a curtain of packaging material, wrapping the bobbins. In a following step, this wrapped foil is being closed in order to form a closed bag surrounding each bobbin.
Finaly after completion, the packed bobbins are ejected from the machine onto the single tray conveyor system, ready for further processing, storage, or distribution.
